Terms of Service

By creating an account, accessing, or using any part of the Qalbii platform, including our mobile application and website, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy.

If you do not agree with any provision of these terms, you must not use our services. We may update these terms from time to time, and continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

To use Qalbii, you must meet every eligibility requirement below.

We reserve the right to request proof of age and identity at any time. Accounts that do not meet these criteria will be suspended.

• Be at least 18 years of age.
• Be legally capable of entering into a binding agreement.
• Have a genuine intention to seek marriage (nikah). Qalbii is not a casual dating platform.
• Not be currently married, unless seeking a second spouse in accordance with Islamic law and local legal requirements.
• Not have been previously banned from the platform.

• You must provide accurate, truthful information in your profile. Misrepresentation is grounds for immediate removal.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
• You may not create more than one account. Duplicate accounts will be removed.
• You may not use another person's account or share your account with others.
• You must promptly update any information that becomes inaccurate.
• Qalbii reserves the right to verify your identity, including through photo verification, at any time.

Qalbii is built on the principle of halal conduct. The following are strictly prohibited and may result in immediate account termination.

We maintain a zero-tolerance policy for harassment. Every report is investigated by our safety team, and appropriate action is taken regardless of subscription status.

• Harassment, bullying, threats, or intimidation of any kind.
• Sending sexually explicit, obscene, or inappropriate content.
• Catfishing, impersonation, or creating fake profiles.
• Soliciting money, promoting businesses, or commercial activity.
• Pressuring anyone into meeting, sharing personal information, or continuing a conversation.
• Discrimination based on race, ethnicity, disability, or national origin.
• Using the platform for purposes other than seeking a lawful marriage.
• Attempting to circumvent safety features, verification processes, or moderation systems.
• Scraping, automated data collection, or reverse-engineering the platform.

• You retain ownership of all content you submit to Qalbii, including photos, text, and responses.
• By posting content, you grant Qalbii a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to use, display, and distribute that content solely for operating and promoting the service.
• This licence ends when you delete the content or your account, except where the content has been shared with other users or is required for legal purposes.
• You must not upload content that infringes the intellectual property rights of others.
• Qalbii's own content, branding, design, and technology remain the exclusive property of Qalbii Ltd.

Suspension or termination of your account for violations of these terms does not entitle you to a refund for any unused portion of your subscription.

• Qalbii offers both free and paid subscription tiers. Features available under each tier are described on our pricing page.
• Paid subscriptions are billed in advance on a recurring basis, monthly, quarterly, or annually as selected.
• Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period.
• Refunds are handled in accordance with applicable consumer protection laws and the policies of the app store through which you subscribed.
• We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' notice. Existing subscribers will be notified before a price increase applies to their next renewal.

You may delete your account at any time through the app settings. Account deletion is processed within 30 days.

Qalbii may suspend or terminate your account without prior notice in the circumstances below.

• You breach any provision of these terms.
• We have reason to believe your profile is fraudulent or deceptive.
• Your conduct poses a risk to the safety or wellbeing of other members.
• Termination is required by law or a regulatory authority.
• The service is discontinued, with reasonable notice.

Qalbii provides a platform for introductions. We do not guarantee the accuracy of any member's profile, the behaviour of any member, or the outcome of any connection made through the service.

You acknowledge that you are responsible for your own interactions with other members and agree to exercise caution and good judgement.

• The service is provided as is without warranties of any kind, express or implied.
• To the maximum extent permitted by law, Qalbii's total liability for any claim arising from or relating to these terms or the service shall not exceed the amount you paid to Qalbii in the 12 months preceding the claim.
• Qalbii is not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages.
• Nothing in these terms excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any dispute arising from or in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protection provisions that may apply in your country of residence.

If we cannot resolve a dispute informally, either party may pursue mediation before initiating court proceedings. We are committed to resolving disputes fairly and promptly.

European Union residents may also use the European Commission's Online Dispute Resolution platform at https://ec.europa.eu/odr.
