Intention: No mindless swiping. Every connection here is aimed at marriage.

In practice

How it shows up in the product.

Values before faces: You answer what decides a marriage before you build a profile, and you can compare it before you speak.
A few, not a feed: Daily limits on likes and new conversations, on every plan. No plan buys a better place in anyone’s feed.
Family at the right moment: We respect the wali and the family, and our guides cover when and how to bring them in.
An end to ghosting: Conversations close honestly. Block, report and unmatch are one tap away and every report is read.

Reviewed by scholars, not marketed by them.

Guidance, not certification: Qalbii helps people meet with serious intention. It does not replace qualified local scholars, families, or the steps a valid marriage requires.
All madhāhib respected: Hanafi, Maliki, Shafi'i, Hanbali and Ja'fari perspectives inform our guidance. Where schools differ, we do not present one view as universal.
Independence: Council members are not paid for endorsements. Their role is review and correction, including telling us publicly when we get something wrong.
